Refund Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

For services booked online, client must cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs in advance.

No shows will incur a 50% penalty on the original booked amount.

Laundry will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

In accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Any Payments made on our website will take 2-5 minutes to be posted and you should receive a confirmation by email and SMS.
